Inspection content of customized JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine:
1. Check whether the lubricating oil in the chassis is within the specified range, take the oil probe down to ensure that the oil is in the middle of the two lines, but not too much to avoid spraying out the lubricating oil.
2. Check the lubricating oil of the turbine box, which can be visually inspected by the oil mirror. When it is lower than half of the oil mirror, the lubricating oil needs to be replenished. (When supplementing, it should not be higher than the oil mirror).
3. Lubricate the impeller and the shaft center before starting the machine every shift and wipe the table clean to avoid foreign objects from jamming the spinning spindle.
4. All transmission gear parts of customized JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
5. Carry out proper lubrication and maintenance on the polished rod of the light-sensitive cable arrangement once a week.
6. It must be confirmed that there are no obstacles within the operating range of the machine.
7. Tighten the screws of the transmission parts and connecting parts of the customized JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine so as not to loosen and affect the operation of the machine. Check once a week.
8. Before operating the customized JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine, please run at a low speed for about 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
