Maintenance of JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine: 1. Check whether the gear oil in the base box is within the specified range every month. 2. The rotor and shaft must be lubricated every day, and the table must be wiped clean.
Maintenance of JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine:
1. Check whether the gear oil in the base box is within the specified range every month.
2. The rotor and shaft must be lubricated every day, and the table must be wiped clean.
3. Before starting the machine, it must be confirmed that there are no obstacles in the operating range of the JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine. When starting the machine, please run it at a low speed for 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
4. On-duty maintenance.
5. Clean up the broken wires on the disk in time.
6. Keep the guide rail and other rotating parts lubricated, and add oil 2 to 3 times per shift.

Annual maintenance of JYR series of high-speed rope braiding machine:
1. Check whether the engine oil in the lower plate is in the middle of the scale line.
2. Check whether the oil in the turbine box is lower than the scale line.
3. Check whether the continuous rotating part is loose.
4. Replace worn parts and add engine oil in proper amount.
